特性应用M35含钴高速钢相比价格低廉且易加工,通过适当的热处理,可得到高硬度(HRC67～70),高红硬性(625℃4小时,HRC63～65)和高耐磨性,韧性和抗弯强度均不低于普通型高速钢,可克服模具刃口塌陷和崩裂等早期损坏.
M35高速钢主要特性是含Co通用切削工具模具钢，淬硬度是1200—1240C。标准比较：AISI－M2JIS－SKH51。出厂状态：球化退火<225。特性与应用：此钢为钨钢高速。宜于制造强力切割用耐磨、耐冲击各种工具，高级冲模，螺丝模，较需韧性及形状复杂工具，铰刀、铣刀、铁头、冲头等。锻造温度：1100－900℃
